Delete your Embott account

Embott (developer: WebSenor InfoTech) — applies to the Embott web dashboard and the “Embott: AI Live Chat Agent” Android app.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your account (email, name, password)
• All websites/chatbots configured under your account and their knowledge bases
• All conversations and messages between your websites' visitors and the assistant
• Visitor records, uploaded files and attachments linked to your account
• Push notification tokens for your devices
• Team memberships and pending invitations

What we may keep, and for how long

• Invoices and billing records — kept as required by tax and accounting law (up to 8 years)
• Server logs containing IP addresses — automatically deleted within 90 days
• Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your verified request

Request deletion

We verify every request against the account's registered email before deleting, so nobody else can delete your account. You can also email hello@embott.com directly from your registered address.
