How do I install the widget?
Go to Install, copy the one-line script tag, paste it before </body> on your site. WordPress users can use our plugin instead.
How do I change the bot's personality or sales playbook?
Bot Settings โ pick a personality (friendly, professional, luxury, playful, bold) and paste a custom sales context describing what you sell. The bot uses it as the source of truth.
How do I take over a live chat?
Open Live chats, click any active conversation, hit "โก Join chat". The AI pauses and you reply as a human. Hit "โฉ Hand back to AI" when done.
How are leads classified as Sales / Support / HR / Spam?
Auto-classified by Claude on the first user message. The classifier is tuned to recognise "I need a job app" (sales) vs "I want a job" (HR). Visit Leads to see them, filter, or export.
Why isn't the bot replying in the visitor's language?
The bot auto-detects the visitor's language and replies in the same script. If a visitor writes "เคนเคพเค" (Hindi), the reply is in Hindi. Same for Tamil, Hinglish, Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.
How do I add my Calendly booking link?
Bot Settings โ Booking link โ paste your Calendly / SavvyCal / Cal.com URL. The bot will push that link at every CTA moment.
What's the difference between conversations and leads?
A conversation is any chat session. A lead is a conversation where the visitor passed the pre-chat form (name + email + phone). Leads have stronger signal and live in their own page.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit Billing and pick a plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Free โ Starter โ Growth โ Pro.
What if my AI hits a rate limit?
The bot auto-escalates: visitor sees "Okay, let me connect you with one of our experts". The conversation gets flagged in Live chats with a red badge. You take over from there.
Where can I download my data?
Leads โ Export CSV. Includes name, email, phone, first message, intent, country, timestamp.
